In LA the constraint is rarely availability, it is logistics. Coach travel across the city at a Friday evening peak can add an hour, so the run of show has to be built around traffic rather than optimism.

It can be, but the range is enormous. LA has genuinely affordable venues alongside the famous ones, which is why shortlisting to a budget matters more here than anywhere.
