Who gets in
Your exec board gets full access to plan and approve. Your treasurer sees the payment roster. Your advisor can be given read-only access to everything, including who has paid, and can be asked to sign off on events before they are confirmed.
Nobody outside your chapter can see any of it. Members don't need accounts to RSVP.
Getting in
Once you book, we set up your chapter and email your main contact an invite. They choose their own password, then add the rest of the board. There is nothing to install and nothing to pay for. It's part of planning with us.
