Your Dashboard

Every event, in one place your whole board can see.

Plan with us and your chapter gets a private dashboard. Contracts, budget, guest list, payments and photos, all in one link, included at no cost.

Why it exists

Planning an event shouldn't live in a group chat.

Most chapters run their biggest night of the year out of a group chat, a shared note and three different Venmo threads. Then the exec board changes in the spring and all of it disappears. Your dashboard is the fix.

Everything in one place

Contracts, budget, guest list, timeline and photos for every event, in one link. No more scrolling back through messages to find a venue address.

Sign without printing

Contracts arrive in the dashboard and get signed there. Nobody has to find a printer, a scanner, or a working pen the night before a deposit is due.

Your treasurer stops chasing

The payment roster shows who has paid and who hasn't, updated as it happens. No spreadsheet, no reconciling Venmo screenshots at midnight.

The whole board can see it

President, social chair, treasurer and advisor all have their own login. Information stops depending on whoever happened to be on the email.

Guests RSVP by link

Share one link. Guests RSVP without needing an account, and the list builds itself for the door.

It survives turnover

The best part. Next year's social chair inherits every contract, vendor, budget and photo from this year, instead of starting from a blank page in September.

Who gets in

Everyone who needs to know, and nobody who doesn't.

Your exec board gets full access to plan and approve. Your treasurer sees the payment roster. Your advisor can be given read-only access to everything, including who has paid, and can be asked to sign off on events before they are confirmed.

Nobody outside your chapter can see any of it. Members don't need accounts to RSVP.

Getting in

You'll get a login the day we start.

Once you book, we set up your chapter and email your main contact an invite. They choose their own password, then add the rest of the board. There is nothing to install and nothing to pay for. It's part of planning with us.
