For Chapter Advisors
Your chapter is planning an event with us. Here is exactly what you can see, what you can approve, and how we handle risk.
What we are
Greektopia plans collegiate events for sororities and fraternities: formals, semi-formals, bid day, date parties and parents weekend. We handle venues, vendors, contracts, transport and the day-of run of show.
Chapters do not pay us an event fee. They pay their vendors directly, and we work to whatever budget the chapter has set. That means there is no incentive for us to talk a chapter into spending more than it planned.

Your access
Every chapter gets a private dashboard. Advisors get their own login to the same place, so nothing has to be forwarded to you or summarised second-hand.
Event dates, venues, contracts, budgets, guest lists and photos. The same view the exec board has, in real time.
The payment roster shows exactly which members have paid and which have not, so money questions do not depend on a treasurer's spreadsheet.
You can see and comment on everything without being able to change it by accident. The chapter keeps ownership of its own decisions.

Sign-off
A chapter can switch on advisor approval. When it is on, an event is not confirmed until an advisor signs off inside the dashboard by entering their full name and the date. That approval is recorded against the event, so there is a clear record of who approved what and when.
If your chapter would rather keep you informed without a formal gate, approval can stay off and you simply keep full visibility. It is the chapter's call, and it can be changed at any time.
Risk & compliance
We work with venues, transport companies and vendors we have used before and hold to professional standards. We do not hand a chapter a list and wish them luck.
Every national organisation and university has its own event policy. Tell us yours and we plan inside it. We would rather redesign an event than put a chapter in front of its standards board.
Insurance certificates, vendor documentation and contracts are available to advisors and university staff on request. Email us and we will send what your institution requires.
Advisors are welcome to reach out directly, before a chapter commits to anything.
